Regular presentations are strictly limited to 12 minutes with 4 additional minutes for questions.

Electronic Presentation

Please arrive at your session room 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the session. Presentations will be viewed from your personal laptop. Additional video cables and a projector will be provided. If you do not have a laptop, please bring your presentation on a jump drive to transfer to a laptop that we will provide. If you do not have your own laptop, please make sure that you arrive at your session room 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the session.

A large monitor and the necessary video cables will be provided, but speakers will need to bring a laptop. The room will be available on a first come basis. To be fair to all speakers, please use the room for no more than a half hour at a time.
